Plane Bikers - Futura Spring / Summer 2015 Collection

FUTURA is a new menswear label based in The Netherlands owned by Creative Director Anne Bosman and Managing Director Tom Renema that was revived this summer. The inspiration for this line was an old touristic family picture from the late 1980's of an uncle leaning against a small airplane. From there, the idea to recreate that late 1980's vibe involving a bolder and more minimalistic design came to being.

For their Spring / Summer 2015 collection called "Plane Bikers" they used materials such as Italian pima cottons, Japanese Toyoshima denim, viscose poly satins, organic and recycled jersey cottons they also did some hand screen printing for the graphics that are used for their shirts and jumpers.
